Hi I am Marie, I believe that the most important thing is finding a counsellor that you click with and feel comfortable enough to talk to. We start to feel better when we find someone who understands us and we can connect with, REGAINING parts of ourselves. Like many people, I’ve had times in my life when I needed support. Seeing a counsellor during these times made a huge difference and inspired me. It showed me how life changing it can be to have someone truly listen—without judgement.
