I’m a qualified Counsellor working with a broad range of issues and mental health problems. I currently split my time between private practice, corporate work and education, where I hold the post of Counselling Lead in a secondary school. I believe we all have the resources within us to be who we want to be, but sometimes we lose our way. When this happens, the view we have of ourselves can be fragmented like a jigsaw puzzle, where the pieces don’t seem to fit.
