It can be hard to make contact with someone new and find courage to seek therapy. I always arrange an initial session where we can explore what you need, your expectations and if you have any particular concerns about counselling .This can help you work out if I am right for you and indeed for me to see if I feel I can help. If you decide to begin therapy I offer regular 50 minute counselling sessions to give you space to gain a deeper understanding of why you might feel the way you do .
