We all need support at some point in life. Difficult times can leave us feeling stuck, doubting ourselves, anxious or low. You may have coped for a while, but sometimes you need something more. Therapy provides a safe, confidential space to reflect, process emotions, and reconnect with your strengths. Many doubt therapy will help, which is understandable when you've not tried it before. My role is to offer a calm, open environment where you can explore your concerns at your pace.
