I have experience of working with clients with a wide range of issues, including anxiety and depression, relationship issues and trauma. I am a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means that I abide by their rigorous code of ethics and that you can be assured of the safety and quality of my work. My office is in Poole Old Town with parking nearby. Online appointments also available. I offer a free 15 minute initial chat online or by telephone.
