With couples training at the leading institute, Tavistock Relationships, I have worked with couples of all stages of their relationship. I support each individual in my couples, providing a safe space to share. Together we identify the difficulties, and the impact on the relationship. We explore and gain understanding of the roots and triggers that maintain the negative cycles, and work together to heal the past and embed strategies to communicate together.
