I'm a counsellor and Adlerian psychotherapist with adults in-person in west Wales. I'm here to listen with an open heart and mind. I'm here to help you find out how you've got stuck and how you can move forward in your life. I aim to be a safe space for you, even if you never really feel safe at the moment. My specialist areas: trauma, sexual and domestic violence, bereavement, relationship and family conflict, anxiety and depression. I also work online with people further afield.
