Having originally come from a Nursing and Health Care background, I then trained as a counsellor and have over 29 years counselling experience. I am a BACP senior accredited therapist. I trained as a Person-centred counsellor initially but work currently from a more integrative approach where I tailor interventions to suit client needs. I also offer body-focused therapy. I have been practising as a counsellor since 1995 and as a Clinical Supervisor since 2005.
