I work with adults, couples, young people (8ys+). I'm primarily a psychodynamic and systemic therapist, which means I help clients explore what is happening to them, how they feel and what they would like to be different. I can help them see where their strategies/ (re)actions, and responses might be coming from and help them to explore how they can make it different. I work in a secondary school ( for the past 15 years) and a gp practice ( again for the past 15 years).
