I have been practising psychotherapy for the past 26 years. I was trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Australian and New Zealand Association of Psychotherapy, a psychodynamic model. This model is about thinking about and understanding the feelings that emerge in therapy both for you and for me and what this tells us of what might be going on for you which may have been outside of your awareness. I live and work in Sydney where I have a private practice.
