I’m an experienced and compassionate counsellor who believes that therapy works best when you feel heard and understood. It’s important to have a space where you can talk openly without judgement and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you. Many people are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply exhausted. Counselling offers a safe, confidential place to explore these feelings, develop coping strategies, and begin to move forward or make peace with what cannot be changed.
