I specialise in anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and abuse. I offer a calm, steady space where you can speak openly and be met with clarity and care. My approach is collaborative, and we make sense of things together rather than following a set formula. My foundation is person centred, and I bring in CBT tools when they are useful, such as noticing patterns or breaking things into manageable steps. These are always offered gently and only if they fit your way of working.
