Welcome. My name is Milou (she/her). I am an Integrative and Wild Therapist working outdoors in parks and woodland in South East London. Outdoor therapy gives us the opportunity to explore what is happening for you whilst walking side by side, sat on a bench or under a tree. We can find a location which works for both of us.
