I offer video or telephone counselling and available weekdays and have some flexibility for weekends. Counselling sessions are £55 per session and concessionary rates are available. My first session is forty minutes and free of charge. I will start with an assessment of your needs and we can discuss your current issues and challenges and what areas in life are really difficult for you.
