About

Many of the women I work with are highly responsible, capable, and deeply committed to others, yet internally carrying anxiety, grief, emotional overload, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. Some are navigating motherhood, reproductive challenges, or assisted fertility treatments. Others are moving through midlife transitions, questioning identity, relationships, or long-held expectations about who they “should” be. Therapy with me is a reflective, respectful, and structured process. I offer a space where complex emotions can be explored with depth, clinical rigor, and without judgment. My work integrates psychological insight with an understanding of how relational dynamics, social expectations, and life-stage transitions uniquely shape women’s mental health across the life cycle.
