I am an integrated counsellor, and my primary approach is person-centred therapy, complemented by cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). To put it simply, I view counselling as a form of talk therapy. As a counsellor, I strive to be warm, responsive, and non-judgmental to create a supportive counselling relationship with you.
