As a Registered Professional Counsellor and trauma hypnotherapist, I support teenagers and adults navigating the complexities of trauma. Drawing on Gabor Maté and Marisa Peer training, sessions utilise trauma hypnotherapy to empower survivors. My own experience as a domestic abuse survivor provides a deeply empathetic foundation for guiding clients.
