About

As a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, I specialise in psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I work with a wide variety of people, including people with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties among other issues and symptoms. My psychotherapy practice is based in Dundalk, Co. Louth. My studies have spanned across several disciplines, including psychology, psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis, providing me with a broad and well-rounded foundation for my clinical work. As part of my training, I attended weekly case conferences at St Vincent’s University Hospital, where psychiatric and psychoanalytic perspectives on mental illness came together. This enriching experience has significantly shaped my clinical understanding of a wide range of mental health challenges, providing a nuanced approach to the complexities of the mind. With over a decade of academic study and continuous engagement in the field, I am actively involved in the field of psychoanalysis, presenting at professional conferences and study days.
