My training was at a university where at first I completed a BSc in Psychology in 2008 and later an MSc in integrative counselling and Psychotherapy in 2012. Therefore, my work is grounded in the science of Psychology but I can utilize a range therapeutic models that included Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Existential. I offer therapy to individuals on both a short term or long term basis. Each session lasts 50 minutes and my normal fee is from £60 dependent on location.
