Hello and thank you for viewing my page. My name is Nick and I work as an Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor. I run a service called You First Therapeutic Services (YFTS) and I started this to help individuals seeking support for their mental health. As someone who has sought support in the past, I understand how difficult it can be to reach out and make contact with someone you do not know.
