I trained at The Minster Centre and CPPD Counselling School from which I have an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. I am a native Londoner and I love this city with its diverse mix of people. However, cities can be stressful and I equally need the healing properties of nature, whether it be in the parks of south east London or the varied countryside of the UK.
