My approach is integrative, which means I draw from several therapeutic methods depending on your unique needs. At the heart of my work is the belief that a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation for real change. I work primarily from a person-centred perspective, offering empathy, acceptance and genuine engagement. I also use tools from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy when they feel helpful and relevant.
