I am Nicola Owen, an experienced Accredited Integrative Counsellor and Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I serve clients in Haywards Heath and surrounding areas. I have always been passionate about people’s well-being and what gets in the way of this. I can see how vital our mental health is and just now bad we can feel, when our doubts and fears become overwhelming.
