We all feel overwhelmed at times, and these feelings can be transient or more long-lasting. It can be helpful to explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe, non-judgmental space. Together we can gain an understanding of what brings you to therapy now, and the thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour which may have been in place for some time. It can be helpful to talk to someone outside your circle of friends and family to gain an understanding of your challenges and emotions.
