An experienced Clinical Psychologist with a strong professional commitment to high-quality treatments, from the most common emotional difficulties to serious...
My approach is cognitive-constructivist and relational. I work from the idea that emotional difficulties are closely linked to the personal meanings people give to their experiences and to the relational contexts in which those meanings developed. When these meanings become rigid or implicit, emotional regulation and self-understanding can be compromised. In individual therapy, we explore how emotions, thoughts, and relational patterns are organized and maintained, with attention to both present experiences and their developmental roots. The aim is to foster greater coherence, emotional regulation, and flexibility in how one relates to oneself and to others, supporting change that is meaningful and sustainable.
