When we work together, my first priority is to understand you as an individual. I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Instead, I adapt the way I work so it fits your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as psychodynamic and humanistic therapies.
