I am an addiction psychotherapist (MSc) and general counsellor. I think it is hard for individuals to understand the power and confusion created from a difficult relationship with addictive substances or behaviours, this can be even more challenging for the loved ones of a soul captivated by addiction. I have considerable experience in the field of addiction and the many other challenges that underlie addiction such as developmental trauma, depression, anxiety and BPD.
