I am an integrative therapist working with children and young people ages 5- 25 years old. My approach is relational, empathetic, non-judgemental and I offer a calm, safe, contained space for children/young people to support them to explore their difficulties and concerns. I consider the therapeutic relationship as key to building trust for effective counselling to take place within the child- counsellor relationship.
