I prefer to think of myself as a fellow human who is on the same journey as you are. We are making our way through the experience of being alive and of having this lifetime to spend. Yes, we seek happiness in the midst of life’s difficulties, and ultimately there is no other puzzle for us to solve. My passion comes from my conviction that we all have the potential to create that experience, and that accessing this potential is a skill of unlearning our developmental compensations.
