I am an experienced general counsellor, having worked within the NHS as a staff counsellor, then as head of a support service to a University Medical School and now in private practice. As a former senior manager in local government, I am also very experienced in dealing with work related issues and through personal experience, of working with traumatising experiences past and present. My theoretical approach is Psychodynamic.
