I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and a Dynamic Interpersonal Therapist working in my private practice in Hove. I offer open ended and time limited therapy. I am particularly interested in problems related to difficulties in forming and sustaining relationships, depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement, sexuality and sexual identity, low self esteem, issues regarding ageing and old age, and feeling excluded. I offer therapy in both English and Portuguese.
