We have all at times felt less able to cope, because of stressful life events, bereavement, loss or pressure at work. Some of us have always felt anxious and depressed and as time has passed our ability to manage this seems to have become harder. I help to support clients overcome a range of different issues, including loneliness, feeling out of place, assertiveness, depression/anxiety, and difficulty managing emotions.
