I work face to face, online and via telephone. I have recently relocated so I am working online via Zoom (or other platforms) and on the phone at the moment. I previously worked face to face which is something I am aiming to do again so I am open to face to face counselling and finding a nice location to do this. I can also offer outdoor therapy, walking and talking in nature. I offer a free 30 min consultation, really a time to chat and to see if we think we can work together towards our goals.
