Working somatically, I pay careful attention to the connection between mind and body, recognising how trauma and stress can be held and expressed physically as well as emotionally. Together, we can explore sensations, tension, breath, and posture as ways to gently reconnect with the body and develop a greater sense of safety and presence. My practice is informed by trauma-informed principles and polyvagal awareness, helping clients to understand and regulate their nervous system responses.
