I specialise in working with Millennials and Gen Z clients, in particular Creatives, and the Queer community. I’m a somatic trauma specialist known for my deep empathy. I have a strong interest in the mind–body connection, and in how emotional experiences are held not only in our thoughts, but throughout the body. I understand that deciding to come to therapy, and finding the right therapist, can feel daunting. My aim is to make this process as gentle and accessible as possible.
