I am an experienced integrative therapist working within Brighton and Hove. Alongside my private practice I work at a Rape Crisis Centre supporting women and young people who have experienced sexual violence, using a trauma focussed EMDR approach. I am a warm and empathic person and I believe that we all need a safe space to be heard. Sessions are collaborate, we will explore together how best to use our time.
