My approach is Pluralistic and Integrative, informed by training in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as my academic background in Humanities and Social Sciences. I work within a trauma-informed framework, recognising how cultural and social contexts influence our wellbeing and relationships. My work is typically open-ended but I offer blocks of sessions to people who have very limited time or seek more control over costs. I work pluralistically, meaning I derive tools from the various psychotherapeutic modalities (CBT, Person-centred, Psychodynamic) and tailor them to each client's unique needs. It also means that I work collaboratively and transparently with my clients, and together we decide the best course of action for their therapeutic journey. I currently have limited availability for online weekly sessions on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
