I am an Integrative Psychotherapist drawing on Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches. My training is in what we call an Integrative model - meaning I draw on several different models of psychological difficulties and ways to help, individualised to the person I am working with.
