I often use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in combination with Mindfulness in my practice. Since each client is different I also incorporate approaches like Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focussed Therapy and Schema Therapy in my practice. I did my Master in Social Sciences in Counselling from The University of Hong Kong and practicum at St. John's Cathedral Counselling Service I work with adults and teenagers struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, low self esteem and personality disorders. I help clients work on thought distortions at the roots of their distress which helps alleviate their strong negative emotions (worry, shame, guilt, sadness, self-loathing etc.).
