I am offering sessions in person and remotely. I use an eclectic mix of cognitive, behavioural, person-centred and relational approaches. Throughout my personal life I adopt a kind and caring attitude, showing sensitivity, empathy, and respect consistently in relationships. I believe that my personal attributes enable clients to feel safe and looked after during their therapeutic journeys with me. Practising in post qualified clinical work since 2011. I offer therapy sessions in-person and online from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. The venue has lovely rooms and parking is free! I charge £130 for sessions. I do accept referrals where funding will be provided by insurance companies but only when the sessions have already been allocated and agreed to by the insurance companies.
