Limited evening appointments available. I work with individuals, couples and families who are navigating emotional strain, life transitions, relationship challenges or trauma. Even when you’re coping on the outside, it can feel heavy to manage alone. Counselling offers a steady space to slow down and make sense of what you’re carrying.
