I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my practice, with CBT we can explore together how the thoughts affect emotions and experience. During treatment, I will help clients to learn how to clarify their personal values and use them as a guide making meaningful choices and eventually taking action in their lives. I offer one to one therapy sessions in - person or online via video, by appointment only. Walk in not available. As a mother of 2 teenagers and a licensed mental health counselor with the Hong Kong Children and Youth services, I am well-equipped to support adults, teens and families in crisis and distress.
