In my practice, I use a person-centred, integrative approach tailored to your needs. In our first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide on the best way forward. I incorporate mindfulness techniques and practical tools to help you manage emotions and reactions, focusing on your strengths to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. I offer sessions in-person, or online. I'm available whole day on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and mornings on other weekdays. My ideal client is a young adult or working professional dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or relationship issues. They want to feel more in control of their emotions, build better coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. Ultimately, they seek balance, clarity, and personal growth.
