I often use Creative Psychotherapy. This is a form of talking therapy that allows you to express yourself creatively. Some people see it as a language to communicate with. You can use drawing, movement, sound, clay, creative writing, poetry, musical instruments, miniatures, drama, or whatever you are drawn to. Creativity goes beyond words, taking us deeper into the emotional experience. I have been described as a passionate neurodiversity activist as well as intuitive, warm, genuine and compassionate in the therapy room. I am proudly a combination of Autistic and ADHD. AuDHD has a nice ring to it. I draw on 15 years of experience in private practice as well as lived experience of being neurodivergent. I work exclusively with Autistic and/or ADHD people who do not have learning disabilities. This used to be called the Asperger category of Autism.
