I am accredited and experienced in Cognitive Analytic Therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which are different approaches that often work well together. I am one of few Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy clinicians in the UK specialising in disorders of emotional overcontrol. We will take time to decide together what works for you and what you can expect on your therapy journey. I see clients in-person in a warm, comfortable therapy space in Leeds city centre (NB there are stairs and there is no disability access). Every client is unique and I always aim to ensure that clients get the best possible outcomes for their investment. I accept payment by Konfidens, BACS transfer or cash.
