There's always more to a problem than its headline, and that the foundations of meaningful change are in careful, critical understanding. I often work with people struggling with low mood, anxiety, esteem issues, obsessive thoughts, relationship issues, problematic behaviours (such as problematic skin picking), traumatic experiences and unhelpful coping.
