I am undertaking doctoral research with Middlesex University, exploring how gender shapes therapeutic relationships, particularly with women who have experienced trauma. This work informs a practice that is inclusive, reflective, and sensitive to the dynamics of power, identity and social context. I currently have availability on most weekdays. I am an integrative existential psychotherapist offering a reflective and supportive space where together we can explore who you are, what matters to you, and how you make sense of the world ā especially in times of difficulty or change. While my practice is grounded in existential and relational approaches, I also draw from other therapeutic disciplines where these may be helpful, depending on your needs and what you bring to therapy.
