WINZ funding is available if applicable In the first session we will talk about what brings you to therapy and gain an understanding of some of the challenges you are facing. From here we will choose a techniques that seems the most suitable for you and explore further gaining a deeper understanding and then when you are ready we will form a plan of what you are needing goingforward. The sessions are driven by you at your pace. I have worked clinical hours at Cornwall house, an ADHB adult mental health facility, supporting clients with a wide range of severe mental illness.
