I work Monday to Friday from the Practice Rooms in Stokes Croft (BS2) and Westbury on Trym (BS9). I also work online and by telephone. I am fully qualified and ensured, DBS-checked and ICO registered. I am an accredited member of the NCPS and abide by their ethical principles. I charge £60 per 50 minute session in person and online. I have been supporting young people and adults in Bristol for over 14 years, both as a mentor and a counsellor. I am qualified to Master's level and have undertaken a wealth of additional training in trauma, self-harm, suicide, bereavement, loss, and addiction, I work integratively, meaning that I draw on a range of counselling approaches. Working this way allows me to honour human individuality and difference. It acknowledges that not all of us are easily able to articulate our thoughts or access our emotions, and that different approaches work better for different people.
