As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of different counselling approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Gestalt and Psychodynamic. I combine different aspects of each approach based on what you present with and what you are looking for. I believe that everyone can benefit from counselling as it allows you to become more self aware.
